Any orders outside the UK please contact first for a shipping quotes on orders,

UK MAINLAND DELIVERY

• All items ordered include the cost of post by Royal Mail or UPS and packing. Recorded Delivery on items over £25.00. Airmail if delivery is in the EU. A certificate of postage is used always as proof items are sent.
• A courier maybe use depending on weight and number of items purchase.
• Your item should be delivered within 2-4 days for mainland UK, Delivery to Europe can take up to 7 days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

PLEASE NOTE: items which are sent 1st class recorded which will need to be signed for, if anyone is unavailable at the address given, a card will be left for you to pick up at the post office as stated. If items go missing, please inform us after 7 days, we will try and chase up missing items, it is royal mail policy to investigate missing items after 14 days.

If you change your mind... your right to cancel

You may cancel your order for any reason at any time up to the end of the 7th working day after you have received the items. Working days are Monday to Friday. Public holidays and weekends are not accounted for.

Returns 

Beam Zone hopes that all of our customers are happy with their items. If any product we deliver is not what you ordered or is defective or damaged, please inform us as soon as possible. Any items which are defective, damaged or sent in error we will refund the cost of the items .If you require a replacement we will send this to you free of charge. 

For items which are no longer wanted we will refund the cost of the item, however we will not refund any postage charges paid by you. Refunds will not be given where the item has been removed from its sealed packaging.

Any items which are defective, damaged or sent in error must be returned within 28 days to qualify for a refund.
