HOW TO USE THIS SITE

Beam Zone making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop or use the search function, until you find the item you like. Click on 'Add to Cart' and then enter the quantity that you require. A running total will appear of what you have ordered. You can continue to add more items or remove some at any time. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

You can change the contents of your basket or cancel your order at any time - as it is not confirmed until you are transferred to Paypal to enter payment details.

PRICES

All prices include VAT. At Beam Zone we work hard to ensure that prices quoted are kept low. We reserve the right to alter product prices on the website to reflect any increase in the cost of the products for reasons beyond our reasonable control. Whilst we make every effort to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate and up to date sometimes errors do occur and the prices stated are incorrect. Where the correct price is lower than the one on our website, we will only charge you the lower amount

PAYMENT

We accept most major credit and debit cards. Credit and debit cards are processed via Paypal.

Paypal can also accept payment by direct debit, this can take 10 days for funds to reach us. Please DO NOT send credit or debit card details by e-mail. We also accept postal orders and cheques. Crossed postal orders and cheques take 5 days to clear.

We will not post your item until payment is cleared. Uncrossed postal orders will be processed the same day.

All Payments made by postal order or cheque Must be sent to the address as stated before you confirm your order.

Upon registration you will choose a confidential password. You will be responsible for all orders placed through your account so you should make sure that you keep your details safe and confidential.

Your personal information given to Beam Zone is safe, Beam Zone have no access to your card details or your passwords. Beam Zone will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure but unless we are negligent, Beam Zone will not be liable for unauthorised access to information supplied by you. Your personal information will not be given to others unless Beam Zone suspect fraud is detected.

AVALIABILITY

When you order an item, the website will give you an indication of its availability. These indications and any dispatch times are estimates only and should not be relied upon as guaranteed. Due to the fast moving nature of our stock, all orders are subject to availability, any item that is not in stock a full refund will given via Pay pal. 

DELIVERY AND REFUNDS

Any orders outside the UK please contact first for a shipping quotes on orders,

Beam Zone cannot be held responsible for items that do not arrive with the customer due to errors made by the customer when entering their address details. Please ensure that you check all your details before confirming your order. Please also note deliveries made to business addresses or your place of work are considered received once they arrive at the address. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the item is safely received. Beam Zone will not be held responsible for items going missing. Customers must inform Beam Zone after 7 days, missing items will not be investigated by royal mail until after 14 days.

We guarantee your satisfaction with any goods that you purchase from Beam Zone. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you may contact us within 7 days of receiving your goods to arrange a full refund via Paypal. If payment made by cheque or postal order, Beam Zone will refund by postal order.

All unwanted returned items must be returned in their original packaging included all parts, instructions etc. 
No refunds will be given once sealed items have been opened, this includes bubble packaging.
